Randy has been playing
guitar for over 35 years. He is a
native Tylerite who first started
by taking lessons from David Stanley
then from Larry Stanley. He and long
time friend Phil Lacy play extensively
in the Tyler area as the acoustic
duo "York and Lacy".
York has composed several songs
and has provided background music
for short films. He specializes
in the steel stringed acoustic
guitar but plays electric guitar
as well. He is a patient teacher
who is comfortable with beginning
and advanced students helping each
to achieve their personal goals.
Private guitar lessons are $20.
Per lesson based on a thirty minute
lesson once a week, or $40. Per
lesson based on an hourly lesson
which can be taken every other
