On Saturday November 5, 2005, the East Texas Jazz Orchestra played 8th Annual Cattle Baron’s Charity Gala in Athens, Texas. What a treat it was for everyone involved. The band sounded great, and It was good to have Mr. Larry Stanley doing the honors on vocals.
Mr. Dino Petrolli fro Las Vegas was the MC for the evening. His whit and humor contributed a lot to the evening’s entertainment.
Mr. Randy Whatley auctioned of over 90 items. All of the money going to charity. Auctioned items included a 14K white gold necklace, two separate wine tasting parties, a side of beef, and a royally bred Arabian filly.
